What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is a relaxing experience. It involves inducing a state of deep relaxation, both mentally and physically. During hypnosis, you may feel calm, peaceful, and comfortable, similar to the sensation you might have during meditation or when daydreaming.


The relaxation induced by hypnosis can help reduce stress and tension. However, it's essential to note that individual experiences may vary, as some people can struggle to relax, especially at first. 

 

Practicing meditation and/or breathing exercises is a great way to relax your mind and body whilst slowing down your thoughts before listening to a hypnosis audio.
